We found out at the  beginning of this outreach, in Bulgaria, that prayer was a very powerful tool. God revealed this yet again though out all of last week. We planned another prayer walk on Tuesday through the city but this time not only did we pray for the city of Sliven, we also prayed that God would send people

to us to pray for. Without fail God began sending people our way, with one after the other coming forward to ask for prayer. The people were very open and so hungry to hear about God.  We also spent a few times with the teenage girl's group. On friday we spent a lot of time just praying with them and encouraging them, opening their eyes to catch just a gllimse of how big God is.  We were also able to teach them a few dramas, which they preformed in the church.  Then on our first week we prayed for a lady with breast cancer and this week we found out that she was completly healed, just another amazing story of God's love. Going to Bulgaria wasn't senseless. God really used our team, even though it may not have been entirely in the way we expected. Whether it was visiting widows and praying in the city or doing Yard work and evangelising on the street God had a plan and a purpose. We are so excited to be here in Constanta, Romania reunited with our teammates.

Wir haben am Anfang des Outreaches nochmal neu herausgefunden, dass Gebet ein kraftvolles Werkzeug ist. Gott offenbarte uns dies wieder in unserer letzten Woche. Wir waren für einen weiteren Gebetsspaziergang im Zentrum von Sliven unterwegs. Wir beteten aber nicht nur für die Stadt sondern baten Gott, ganz speziell Leute zu uns zu senden, für die wir beten können. Sofort begann Gott, uns Leute zu senden für die wir beten konnten. Sie waren alle sehr offen und man konnte einen Hunger nach Gott in ihnen verspüren.

Außerdem verbrachten wir einige Zeit mit einer Gruppe Teenagern. Am Freitag nahmen wir uns die Zeit mit ihnen zu beten, sie zu ermutigen und ihnen damit einen Einblick zu geben, wie groß Gott ist. Wir konnten ihnen auch Sketche lernen, welche sie am Sonntag in der Kirche aufführten.
In der ersten Woche beteten wir für eine ältere Dame, die Brustkrebs hatte. Diese Woche erfuhren wir, dass die planmäßige Untersuchung beim Arzt ergeben hatte, dass sie komplett geheilt ist. Eine andere großartige Geschichte dafür, wie groß Gottes Liebe ist.
In Bulgarien zu sein war also keine verschwendete Zeit. Gott hat unser Team wirklich gebraucht, auch wenn es manchmal nicht auf der Weise war, wie wir es erwarteten. Egal ob wir Witwen besuchten, für die Stadt beteten, Gartenarbeit erledigten oder Straßenevangelisation machten. Gott hatte es so gewollt und geplant.
Nun sind wir gespannt auf die Zeit in Constanta / Rumänien, vereinigt mit unserer anderen Kameraden aus der DTS. Finale Phase startet jetzt...
